Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) owns more than 22,000 multi-family apartment units and student housing beds across 28 cities in Canada and the United States. Since day one, our goal has been to provide Residents and their families with clean, safe, and comfortable homes. The REIT provides investors an opportunity to invest in a diversified portfolio of rental apartments and student housing properties, as well as mortgage and equity investments in property developments, across Canada and the United States and participate in the profits derived from them.

Overview
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Intern is responsible for the professional development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Centurion Property Associates Inc. and their affiliated group of companies.
Responsibilities
Relationship Development
Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between Centurion and its partners and suppliers. Ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is achieved through consistent attention to Centurion's Vision, Mission, and Values.
Ongoing Operations
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for our Marketing Team. Work closely with various marketing functions to document workflows, processes, and best practices. Create a comprehensive SOP template, drawing on industry best practices to ensure clarity, consistency, and efficiency across all marketing activities. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to identify and map out key processes, interviewing team members to gather valuable insights that will inform the development of SOPs that meet the team’s needs. Standardize procedures to ensure a streamlined approach to marketing operations, promoting consistency and improving overall performance. Develop SLAs based on the established processes, outlining expectations, timelines, and quality standards for different marketing functions. Ensure that SLAs are clear, actionable, and aligned with the team’s goals, and organize them in a centralized, easily accessible format for team-wide use. Maintain open communication with leadership, regularly presenting drafts and final versions of both SOPs and SLAs for review and approval, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
