Your day to day

• Providing on-site customer support over email, phone
• Be responsible for connecting PheedLoop's integrated events platform and system to hardware technology for on-site events
• Providing technical support on everything related to PheedLoop's on-site software such as Event Apps, Lead Retrieval and more
• Studying the PheedLoop platform and best practices in-depth to be able to answer any questions that come your way

Things you should know and have to succeed

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer success, customer service or account management role
• Extremely strong work ethic, with an energetic and positive attitude
• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Demonstrated ability to work and grow independently, and a great team player
• A valid Passport

Things that would make you an all-star

• Experience in the events industry managing conferences, trade shows, or similar events
• Experience selling software products
• Experience working in small business environments
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
