As we continue to expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic Talent Brand Specialist to oversee and enhance our positioning globally as the employer of choice across all business functions we have here.

Job Summary:
As a Talent Brand Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent worldwide. You will develop and implement strategies to enhance our visibility, reputation, and appeal as a top employer, while collaborating closely with HR, marketing, and business leaders. This will be a contract role, 12 months in duration and can be staffed from our Florenceville, New Brunswick or Toronto, Ontario office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive talent brand content strategy for our global social media channels that aligns with our organizational goals and values.

  • Brand Messaging: Develop compelling messaging and storytelling that communicates our employer value proposition across various platforms both internally and externally.

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor talent branding campaigns using digital and traditional media to attract diverse talent.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand current trends, competitor positioning, and candidate expectations.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all candidate touchpoints.

  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including social media updates, events materials, and other resources that showcase our culture and opportunities.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of talent branding initiatives and report on progress.

  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, universities, and professional organizations to enhance our outreach and reputation.

  • Training and Workshops: Conduct workshops and training sessions for internal stakeholders to elevate understanding and execution of the talent brand strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or marketing, preferably in a global organization.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media, SEO, and analytics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience to manage stakeholders and collaborate across various functions.

  • Fundamental skillsets in graphic design ( I.E Canva/Adobe), creative copywriting, and basic videography & postproduction.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting to drive smart decision-making.

  • Passion for talent acquisition and a deep understanding of the current job market.
