\nThe New Business Representative is accountable for handling the data entry processing of applications for financial institution line of business. Tasks are completed following general instruction and in adherence with defined internal policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to work at a rapid pace and have excellent typing skills.

- \nData entry of insurance applications. \n
- \nOutbound calls to vendors, lenders as part of the clean-apping process \n
- \nPlacing paramedical orders with vendors, indexing results to underwriting work management system. \n
- \nProcess departmental return mail. \n
- \nOther administration work as required. \n

\n What you will bring\n

- \nPost-secondary education preferred. \n
- \nStrong communication skills. \n
- \nExcellent keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC (Windows, Microsoft Office). \n
- \nFlexible and adaptable to variances in workflow. \n
- \nEnthusiastic, innovative. \n
- \nSolid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. \n
- \nAbility to work in a team environment. \n
- \nGood problem-solving skills. \n
- \nGeneral knowledge of medical terminology is an asset. \n
- \nPrior office or call-center work experience is an asset. \n
