QUALIFICATIONS:


Post-Secondary Diploma in Fund Development, Fundraising, Public Relations or related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fundraising position
Experience planning and executing special events
Fundraising experience that includes soliciting and securing sponsorships
Data entry experience with Raiser's Edge
Knowledge of Canada Revenue Agency tax receipting guidelines considered an asset
Representing the Foundation and Hospital
A demonstrated ability to organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse group of staff and volunteers
Proven research skills and the ability to seek information from a variety of sources.
Fluent in Microsoft office and some knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and ability to create visually appealing & engaging social media posts. Experience creating videos for social media an asset.
Tactful, confidential and capable of work with a cross-section of staff, volunteers and the general public
