Qualifications
-Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario.
-Current CPR certificate.
-Proficient in IV Initiation skills.
-Satisfactory performance appraisal in current position if internal.
-Documented commitment to continuing education through inservice, staff meetings and self-motivated learning.
-Training/experience in MDS.
-Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, decision making, organizational and interpersonal skills.
-Experience in CQI teams.
-Satisfactory Attendance for internal candidates
-Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
-Satisfactory vulnerable person's sector criminal background check.
