Qualifications
-Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with physicians, patients and visitors with high regard to public relations
-Computer skills are mandatory
-Medical Terminology Required
-Previous recent office experience
-Proven problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task
-Strong attention to detail
-Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required
-Ability to work unsupervised
-Previous hospital experience an asset
-Previous registration/switchboard experience an asset
-Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence
-Satisfactory performance appraisal and attendance for internal candidates if internal
