BIOVECTRA Inc. has an opening for an Order Desk Administrator Student. This is a 4-month term (May - August ) position located in Charlottetown, PEI.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders including: PO receipt to shipment and billing, within defined timelines.
  • Working collaboratively with Sales and Marketing CSR to ensure all orders are reviewed and approved before posting.
  • Working with staff to manage the backorder report to ensure orders are filled, deadlines are met, and all parties are informed.
  • Maintaining the customer master file and ensuring all documentation is retained.
  • Enforcing the approved credit terms for each customer.
  • Reviewing and approving any transportation invoices related to outgoing shipments.
  • Managing and special requests received from customs or other government organizations.
  • Providing support to all areas of the Administrative Services Department as requested.

The successful candidate for this position should have:

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and work independently within a team setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of sales order entry programs an asset.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, deadline driven fast paced environment.
