We are looking to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary 15 Month Contract role at Danone Canada.
Mission:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization's growth by managing the full life cycle of recruiting. You will work closely with hiring managers across various functions to source, screen, and manage candidates for open positions. Your efforts will ensure that we attract, assess, select, and integrate top talent into our organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the processes and systems that support our talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full Life Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent. Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Candidate Management: Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and improve recruitment processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Talent Acquisition Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of innovative, competitive, and cost-effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Internship and Co-op Programs: Manage the full recruitment cycle for internships and co-op programs, ensuring a robust pipeline of emerging talent.
• Data Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain data dashboards to monitor and pilot TA performance. Use these dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze recruitment metrics, and generate insights to optimize the talent acquisition process.
