What are your contributions to the team?

  • Analyze the impact on the company's critical changes or shortages.
  • Ensure correct alignment and visibility administration through the SAP system.
  • Participate collaboratively with the PMO and methods team, as well as the internal supplier base.
  • Manage and keep track of the changes progress of your business unit.
  • Collaborate with operational and support teams to generate reworks plans.
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to carry out annual budget and forecast exercises.
  • Manage and coordinate harmonizations plan.
  • Conduct weekly and/or monthly sessions with operational and support teams at the supervisory and management level.
  • Apply continuous improvement tools (AES)

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial) or administration or logistics.
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are a good team player.
  • You have experience working in an international environment, collaborating with people in remote locations.
  • You have the ability to work with numbers in a methodical and rigorous way.
  • You are familiar with the tools of the Office 365 environment, particularly MS-Excel and PowerPoint, including all collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams; SAP is an asset.
  • You have a strong sense of autonomy, have a client-oriented approach and are able to meet deadlines.
