What does the job consist of?
Each year, RBC Capital Markets seeks energetic, intelligent and talented undergraduate students for its Analyst Program within Global Investment Banking Services in North America. A significant proportion of trainee analysts in this well-established program have been hired full-time and have embarked on a career as an industry specialist, now working within RBC Capital Markets.
What will your tasks be?
As part of RBC Capital Markets' operations teams, Intern Analysts are assigned various analytical tasks relating to equity and debt issuances, mergers and acquisitions, and other related assignments financial advice. Analysts who participate in this Winter employment program take advantage of the opportunity to hone their skills and participate in interesting and innovative operations, in addition to learning alongside the most competent professionals in the sector.
What do you need to be successful?
Candidates must be graduating from their undergraduate programs in either December 2026 or Spring 2027
- Desire to learn and contribute to the team spirit of RBC Capital Markets
- Solid track record demonstrating top-notch academic performance
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Participation in various extracurricular activities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Spirit of initiative and willingness to play a decisive role within a team, in a dynamic and stimulating work environment
