You are a self-motivated individual who is passionate about Software Development. We are currently seeking a developer to work on the UoM project (Cloud Enablement and Refactoring of the Units of Measurement).

You have a strong understanding of the ABAP, ABAP/OO concepts. You are familiar with ABAP RAP-based applications and have developed with Fiori UI & the ABAP Development Tools (ADT).

Tasks:
• Work on the UoM project, which requires the development of new Fiori-based UI and RAP-based applications
• You will develop new use cases. In parallel, the core team is responsible for the refactoring of the legacy code, and for providing all knowledge related to the task completion
• Provide quality assurance for your topics and maintain unit tests
• Regular virtual calls to align with teams in Germany and India

Requirements:
• Experience in ABAP, ABAP/OO and ABAP clean-code concepts is a must
• Experience in developing SAP Fiori UI and RAP-based applications is a must
• Some experience working in a flexible Agile/scrum environment which is adapted for a small team of 3 developers
• Some experience in TDD (Test-Driven Development)
• Fluent in English, French is an asset

Compétences:
• Expérience dans ABAP, ABAP/OO et des concepts « CleanABAP » requise
• Expérience avec le ABAP RAP avec interfaces (UI) SAP Fiori requise
• Expérience avec les pratiques agiles dans le cadre développement Scrum, adaptées pour une petite équipe de trois personnes
• Expérience avec le TDD (« Test-Driven Development »)
• Pratique courante de l’anglais et du français requises

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 65800 - 111800(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
