Fulfillment Agent

Position title: Fulfillment Agent (several positions to be filled) 

Status: Temporary (contractual), Full-Time, Part-Time (paid overtime)

Salary: $19.00 hourly 

Duration: October to December 2024 (possible extension) 

Mode: On-site (office near down-town of Montreal, shuttle bus available at Bonaventure metro Station)

Fundstream offers full-time and part-time seasonal positions for its busiest period. Schedules may vary from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with paid overtime required during the holiday season in November and December.

Your mission:
Your role is a key factor in managing and ensuring the smooth fulfillment of gift cards to customers or employees. Reporting to the Fulfillment Managers, your duties will include:

• Process all business line orders.
• Batch cards.
• Pick products for shipping according to the summary report of purchase orders.
• Label products.
• Fold and ensure that the sheets are arranged in numerical order (batch order) for processing.
• Assist the department with any other tasks.

Tasks and responsibilities can change on a daily basis depending on the workload.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma.

• Bilingualism (French and English) required, intermediate level (we serve a bilingual clientele).
• Able to perform repetitive tasks.
• A person with strong interpersonal skills and able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and efficient.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Someone that pays good attention to detail.
