Canadian National Railway Company (CN) is looking for a highly motivated person to fulfill a full-time (40h/week) Intern, Corporate Communications Strategy position in Montreal, QC from May - Aug 2025.

Job Summary

The Intern, Corporate Communications Strategy is responsible for assisting in the delivery of CN communications. The incumbent acts as a key resource for the team by supporting the operational planning, coordination and helps improve operation processes. As a core project, the intern interacts with the Channel and Communication team along with partners within the company to help map out the management of campaigns and to help roll out new processes that will drive efficiency in the future. Additionally, the position assists in the day-to-day delivery and tracking of projects.

Major Responsibilities

· Support the team to map out the different communication scenarios and associated processes

· Participate in the documentation of the Channel and Communication ecosystem

· Help build stronger processes and documentation that will improve long-term operations

· Improve campaign tracking and reporting processes

· Support marketing, planning, and advertising

Requirements

· Strong project management skills

· Collaborates with key stakeholders to enable higher productivity planning and organization

· Deadline focused and results oriented

· Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Regularly identifies opportunities to create value and customer loyalty

Education

· Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
