IT Technician (6+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an IT Technician for a 6-month contract with the possibility of being renewed or permanence.

MANDATE

• Perform level 1 technical support to employees
• Answer to support tickets for software (M365, VPN, etc.) and hardware (laptops, screens, printers, etc.) issues
• Document incidents in the ServiceNow software

PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience as an IT Technician
• Knowledge of a ticketing software / incident management / service requests / ITSM system
• Professional experience in a large company
• Excellent customer service and good communication skills
• DEC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (English required, French required)
