SAP Training Manager (12+ month contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for an SAP Training Manager for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

• Develop the project training strategy (target employees, deliverables, tools, methods, etc.)
• Create training plans, plan schedules and coordinate the training and conception team
• Supervise training deployment logistics (registrations, reservations, preparations, equipment availabilities)
• Ensure that all projects are a success (necessary equipment, environment, trainers, logistics)
• Be an integral part of the Change Management team

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as a Training Manager
• Experience in SAP implementations or other ERP system
• Good knowledge of Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Projects, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Professional experience in a large company
• Collaborative spirit and strong communication skills
• BAC in management, communications, computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
