Tasks/Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Change Management Advisor for a 12-month contract with the possibility of being renewed.

MANDATE

  • Develop a communication deployment plan and strategies for a large ERP implementation
  • Put together and create newsletter, internal and external communications and more
  • Analyze impacts and manage the different aspects of the communication plan
  • Work in close collaboration and coach the change management team on all communication aspects

PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in Change Management, more specifically in communications management
  • Professional experience in an ERP implementation context
  • Autonomy and mentor mindset
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment (asset)
  • BAC in communication or management or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
