Tasks/Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Senior IT Technician for a 12-month contract.
MANDATE
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support to employees
- Be responsible for diagnosing, analyzing, and resolving problems
- Take care of installing various software
- Provide support for the Office 365 environment and videoconferencing rooms
PROFILE
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Technician
- Good knowledge of Office 365, Service Now, Intune, Apple products, and MDM
- Experience in the construction industry (Asset)
- Excellent customer service and good communication skills
- DEC in computer science or equivalent
- French required, English required
