Job Summary
CN is looking for a passionate, self-motivated recruitment professional who is driven to deliver top talent to our team on a 12-month contract basis. The Coordinator, Talent Acquisition typically supports the administrative work for 4-5 Talent Advisors. The additional administrative support allows the Advisors to then focus on booking interviews and holding sessions. Coordinators handle the high volume of questions from our candidates following their interviews and the files for all candidates following the interview when a candidate is being progressed. They are also responsible for extending offers and completing necessary paperwork and processes to onboard new hires while proactively working to ensure CN builds a diverse workforce. You will join a fast-paced and dynamic Talent Acquisition team that is focused on continuing CN's legacy of being a top employer year after year!

Working Conditions
The role has standard office working conditions and will currently be eligible to participate in our flexible work from home policy. The position is expected to be in the office 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be able to meet tight deadlines, handle pressure and manage stress.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a Recruitment Coordinator or similar positions
Education/Certification/Designation
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent an asset
