Could you be the full-time hybrid Project management support intern in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and project management expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to shaping the future of passenger transportation by providing essential support in project management tasks and processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with Project Teams involving many internal functions across the business (Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance), assist in the monitoring of critical process deployment and in related performance assessment, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure their compliance to project governance requirements,
  • Assisting in the implementation of project plans and schedules,
  • Supporting the project manager in monitoring specific aspects of project performance,
  • Ensuring the Projects' adherence to Alstom's internal processes,
  • Providing administrative support to the project management team as needed


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering or related field with at least 2 years (60 credits) completed,

  • Familiarity with both French and English, spoken and written,

  • Knowledge of Standard MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.),

  • Experience or understanding of industrial environments or related internship experience,

  • Analytical skills to assess information and provide solutions,

  • Proactive learning mindset to absorb new concepts and practices,

  • A certification or communication skill in Project Management (PMBoK) would be valuable,

  • Resilience to overcome challenges and deliver results
