Project Manager - Asphalt/concrete

Tasks

• Preparing quotes based on plans, specifications, and start-up documents.
• Ensuring planning and progress monitoring of work.
• Managing purchase orders and subcontracting agreements.
• Conducting site visits and ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Collaborating with superintendents, foremen, estimators, and clients.
• Overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and approval of project-related documents (change orders, deficiencies, progress claims, shop drawings).
• Processing and approving invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyzing project profitability.
• Performing all other related tasks.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an asphalt-concrete company.
• CPI or member of the OIQ.
• Proficiency in the French language.
