Tasks
Preparing quotes based on plans, specifications, and start-up documents.
Ensuring planning and progress monitoring of work.
Managing purchase orders and subcontracting agreements.
Conducting site visits and ensuring operations run smoothly.
Collaborating with superintendents, foremen, estimators, and clients.
Overseeing the preparation, negotiation, and approval of project-related documents (change orders, deficiencies, progress claims, shop drawings).
Processing and approving invoices from suppliers and subcontractors.
Analyzing project profitability.
Performing all other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in civil engineering.
3 to 5 years of experience in an asphalt-concrete company.
CPI or member of the OIQ.
Proficiency in the French language.
Desired profile
Strong skills in analysis, synthesis, and judgment.
Ability to analyze and solve problems, with rigor and respect for deadlines.
Ability to synthesize data and communicate information effectively.
