The IT Technician will be responsible for providing mainly Level 2 technical support to the company’s 20,000 employees, both at the head office and in the various branches across Canada.

Document tickets in ServiceNow software and support employees with any issues encountered
Install and configure new workstations as well as mobile devices
Ensure impeccable customer service at all hierarchical levels
Keep the IT inventory up to date
Participate in user access management
PROFILE
2+ years of experience as an IT Technician
Professional experience in level 2 technical support
Experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
