Location: Ville St-Laurent Salary: $35 per hour Job category: Industrial Management Type of job: Temporary Schedule: Day shift for 1 month (7 a.m. - 3 p.m.) / Night shift thereafter (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
Tasks
- Manage the staff.
- Assign the necessary staff to different lines.
- Ensure that the production schedule is followed.
- Provide feedback and coach employees to improve their performance.
- Supervise the night shift.
- Identify problems or factors affecting productivity.
- Take preventive measures against fire risks.
- Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- College diploma in production or a relevant technical field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience as a coordinator or team leader.
- Experience in management and supervision.
- Good proficiency in both English and French.
- Flexible availability.
