BRP is looking for a senior event marketing coordinator to assist with the planning and implementation of the BRP Club. The BRP Club is an event for BRP dealers from around the world, during which BRP unveils new products across all its brands and holds various business meetings and social activities.


YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Developing and executing the logistics plan surrounding the BRP club:

  • Establish a plan to allocate participants to the different hotels contracted for the event.

  • Collaborate with the logistics agency to determine meal times and chosen menus, as well as shuttle and concierge schedules for each hotel.

  • Develop the directional signage plan for each establishment and create various visuals with the creative agency.

  • Allocate the meeting rooms at the convention centre based on the needs of the internal teams.

  • Determine the audio-visual needs for each room, validate the installation, and ensure follow-up during the event.

  • Propose creative initiatives and solutions to offer a memorable experience for all participants.

Planning dealer recognition evenings and social activities:

  • Make recommendations to various internal teams for dealer recognition evenings, conference dinners, and free evenings.

  • Select establishments and, in collaboration with the logistics agency, obtain detailed bids to assist in the decision-making process.

  • Establish an offering and a schedule of activities to optimize the budget and agenda of participants.

  • Collaborate with the logistics agency and the regional tourism office to develop a selection of promotions and points of interest in the host city.

  • Propose creative initiatives and solutions to offer a memorable experience for all participants.

Governance and monitoring with various internal teams:

  • Identify the requirements of various internal teams.

  • Plan and direct governance with each team.

  • Assist in preparing agendas and work documents.

  • Make recommendations to ensure the quality of the experience.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or event marketing.

  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.

  • Knowledge of the hotel industry would be considered an asset.

  • Good stress management and the ability to work under pressure.

  • A strong sense of organization and enjoyment of teamwork.

  • Creativity and resourcefulness.

  • Available to travel to the United States for approximately 10 consecutive days per year.
