The bigger picture

We're looking for a motivated team-player to come on board as a permanent full-time Internal Solutions Support Officer. We are looking for someone with well-balanced interpersonal skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to ask the question, "What can we do differently to enhance the member experience?".

How you'll be spending your time

  • Supporting our Internal Solutions Centre team with understanding, troubleshooting, and research assistance of member transactions
  • Playing a key role in proactively identifying and handling risks
  • Administering GL reconciliations, remittances, report review and balancing
  • Interacting with team members, retail branches, and other corporate services departments to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback
  • Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members' needs and improve their financial well being

The experience you bring

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation, communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range:

$40,950 - $48,180 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
