Job Description: Reporting to the Director Finance Business Partnerships - Integrated Regina Health, the "Specialist - Finance Business Partnerships" will collaborate with Finance Business Partners to aid in providing financial support to operational leaders. The Specialist will be committed to the continuous development and improvement of various processes, as well as ensuring data is reported accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with established procedures and quality standards. The Specialist will demonstrate an environment of fiscal responsibility, customer service and continuous improvement when working with stakeholders throughout the organization. The Specialist must work cross functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations. The Specialist will develop partnerships and work closely with system and community partners.


Human Resources Exemption: No

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years' experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Education or Experience in Information Technology or Computer Sciences is an asset

Education

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Finance or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Licensed and in good standing with professional association and/or regulatory body, if applicable

Licenses

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
